Exertronik LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MassAffect mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

We collect the following information when you create an account and use MassAffect:

• Account information — email address and display name provided during sign-up.
• Profile data — age, fitness level, goals, physical limitations, and available equipment you provide during onboarding.
• Workout data — exercises performed, weights, reps, sets, and feedback you log during workouts.
• Device information — device type and operating system version, collected automatically for troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized workout plans using AI.
• To track your progress and calculate performance metrics (e.g., estimated one-rep max).
• To improve our service and fix bugs.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Workout data is also stored locally on your device for offline access. We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account credentials securely.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and crash reporting.
• Anthropic — AI workout generation. Your profile and workout data may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate personalized plans. No data is retained by Anthropic beyond the request.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

MassAffect is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the effective date above.
