MassAffect is a fitness application that uses AI to generate personalized workout plans and track your exercise progress. The app is provided for informational and fitness-tracking purposes only.
MassAffect is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

All content, features, and functionality of MassAffect — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Exertronik LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Workout plans and exercise recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and safety, AI-generated content may contain errors. You use AI-generated workout plans at your own risk and should always exercise sound judgment regarding weight selection and exercise form.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exertronik LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
